Great fuckin time at the Flyers Leafs game last night. Such an amazing energy in that building. Very exciting game and a big win for us now that were are down to less than ten left.

The Bruins have been having an awesome end of the season run. With their 4-2 win over the Caps today, they are looking good for the start of the playoffs. Just hoping that Bergeron stays healthy this time around.

looking like MTL vs Tampa.... Not sure how I feel about this, all their games this year have gone past regulation... Should be a great series, hopefully Boston wins their series too. Literally so excited for playoff hockey to start.

@pancakeman, I'm not really sure. They called Krug a "healthy scratch" for the game, which I'm guessing is just to figure out the best defensive line groupings. It gives Meszaros a chance to play instead.

Holy shit I haven't been keep real close eye on the rangers but that's pretty crazy he hasn't scored yet. I know there is obviously time required to adjust to new team/linemates but my buddy is a rangers fan and he said hte road trip they're currently on is going to be huge for getting st. louis accustomed to the team...

He was also pretty pissed the b's let philly tie up late and get a crucial point yesterday instead of just handing them the loss

I know next to nothing about the new playoff breakdowns or if we will even get a chance to play boston in the playoffs. Just a homer fan that would love to see the Flyers knock down a heavily favored team.(I would also accept Philly knocking Shitsburgh out as a viable alternative).

Wasn't a bad game at all yesterday, really didn't even think we would get one point honestly. We looked pretty good out there actually. Hell we might have even taken that had it not gone to a shootout.

NHL.com has a 'if the playoffs started today' bracket that does playoff matches based on current standings. Obviously things can chance with half a dozen games left but it's looking like philly is just a little too high in teh standings to play the b's first round. Columbus is the favorite for a first round match against the b's with caps a close second.

It looks like philly is shootin for the rangers in the first round, but could potentially play pittsburgh which would be fucking awesome

I would honestly rather see us play Pittsburgh in the first round. Not just for what would be another great series, the battle of the keystone state is huge around here to hockey fans, but also because I honestly think we have a better chance against pittsburgh.

This is all assuming we don't shit the bed and miss the playoffs completely. I don't see that happening though with the way we are playing lately. The Flyers are hungry.

honestly i hate the bruins more than any other team in the nhl. i have a hard time ever rooting for them even when them winning benefits the rangers. its kind of ironic because im a huuuuge red sox and patriots fan. but thats what happens when youre from new yorkachussettes...

with regards to st louis i dont think its getting accustomed to the team at this point. i think hes just gone real cold. he had been having a ridiculous season until he was traded, averaging a point a game. cant really expect him to keep doing that all season long at his age.

luckily for the rangers their third and fourth lines have been scoring routinely lately so st louis' struggles havent affected the team as a whole.

brad richards is trying so hard to get st louis a goal its almost comical. in the game last night he passed up a shot at an open net and instead tried to sauce one through two defenders to st louis back door
