Chicago gets the lockout cup for the summer. Lets start next season off, and hope somebody fucking new wins it, damnit. Summer transactions are up soon, so this should get started fast.

It's no surprise montreal is consistently at the top of the league with PP's and PP/PK +/-

I'm not going to say its all due to league officiating, it's also a product of how the team is constructed/coached

obviously Ottawa was saving their gas for sunday. Fun game to watch though it really wasn't outdoors. i do feel these stadium series games are a little overkill. we should just keep the WC and heritage classic.

Alright, first game back for the flyers is kinda what I thought it should look like playing against the sharks even though we somehow beat em last time we were out there.

Great to see em clean up against the rangers and caps though. Big weekend for sure.

Way to go Vinny scoring his 900th too on a game winner in OT.

That thing was still on the line when Reader got to it and you know it. Blame the war room man, I didn't make the call. Maybe if a couple of caps fans showed up to the game the crowd could have swayed the call a bit.

The Schneider trade should not have happened. However, if they're rebuilding then Luongo has no value to the organization whatsoever. And if they do trade Kesler, it's obvious they're rebuilding. Getting a potential starting G and a useful NHL forward who's 25 years old for Luongo, after all that's happened, is as good as you could have done.

This trade deadline has been like when you're playing a video game and during a season, all the other teams start making trades that would NEVER happen in real life..

I want to say stupid trade for the lightning due to how timeless St. Louis is, and that they are a serious eastern contender, but with a 1st and a 2nd coming along with Callahan, I must say It seems like a decent deal...

Granted there are TONS of other great deals in there where he pretty much stole players from other teams..but he certainly had his share of old men past their prime, for the most part it worked out for them except for the jags

Just sittin here waitin for hte B's to make a move...obviously have to address the top 2 Dman pairings after losing seidenberg and that is what all the talk has been about going into the deadline. And no I'm not talking about claiming fucking corey potter(??) off the waivers

However, they have zero organizational depth in the forward spot - a late season injury to a top forward would reek havoc going into the playoffs, I wouldn't be surprised if they picked up a small plug for forward if they can't get a dman today

In his career games against every other team he's no great than a +10 and I think 15 goals

Absolute nightmare for Bruins fans...although I'm pretty sure Canadiens management knew those stats already

The cherry on top is that the isles send a 5th to the habs if the habs make the playoffs ahahahaha.

I can live with Collberg leaving, another small scoring forward prospect.  They already have Hudon, Lehkonen, De La Rose, etc.   Did not see this coming, Montreal Canadiens are historically very conservative in the deadline.
