Chicago gets the lockout cup for the summer. Lets start next season off, and hope somebody fucking new wins it, damnit. Summer transactions are up soon, so this should get started fast.

I don't know, sounded like the crowd was pretty into it, I was listening on the radio and you could easily hear the crowd at different times. I'm sure it's a different vibe if you're there though.

I think the flyers were pretty damn interested considering their play in other previous games. I was just happy to see em handle a team at the top of the division when we are so damn close to the bottom. Course we seem to just have pittsburgh's number sometimes.

Also real happy to see B. Schenn really getting some points this year, he played real hard last year and with a lot of heart. Glad he's doing so well to start the season this year.

The battle of pennsylvania is a very real rivalry, maybe not comparatively around the league, but if you're a fan of either team and are in this state you are Well aware of it.

Bring on the jets.

watch the suspension video. you are missing a huge part. gionta had no room to avoid and was outside the crease. skates were above the crease and he couldnt get much further away. two guys coming into the crease guided him right into the goalie. in kadri's hit there was no one even close to him and he went straight for the goalie. no glancing blow but full contact. you need to re-look at these hits.

It's fair to say the Sharks have had just as ridiculous of luck...

I mean, you know just as well that it's flat out stupid how many games they have been outshooting teams twice and more over, and lose the breakaway battle...

Those were some crazy games last season. I'd love to see some of our guys pad the stats a little bit tonight. I'd kinda prefer to see Mason in the goal tonight honestly. I'm just hoping for a W, we need to climb the standings a bit. I'm not worried, it's early, I turly believe we will be in the playoffs this year.

Gianta's head was up, saw there was no room and still plowed through the net. I'm in no way defending that kadri is innocent, he's not. Just 3 games for that hit, and being a first time offender is abit steep. Just my opinion and I'm usually wrong.

It's great to hear the Wild are doing good this season. My favorite team Phoenix is doing pretty good too, both are awesome underdog teams. Chicago and Detroit can burn in a fiery pit of doom for all eternity. So can the LA Kings.
