Thanks for the feedback guys, glad you like the new site! Yeah, the nav menu isn't working on mobile for some reason. We're fixing that now.

The welcome audio should only play once, the very first time you ever land on the home page. If that is not the case, please let us know.

It's not the case. If I close my browser and reopen it the audio plays again. But if my browser stays open and I close the site then reload it it doesn't play (the way it should be). I'm using Google Chrome

I would guess that you have something set up in your browser to empty your cookies every time you open your browser. If you don't mind, try it in another browser and let us know if it still does that. Thanks!

Nah, it's not storing the cookie correctly. I just played it for me on all three browsers after closing (IE, FF, Chrome).

Also, your flipbook's auto-expand feature has some lag to it. When I first open it up, it's about five seconds before it expands, meaning I get halfway down the page and everything shifts. I would say nix the auto-expand and just leave it as always open. It's a clean flipbook, doesn't need the animation.

A couple of things, I asses landing pages for business as I work in SEO.

drop the voice its iritating and will likely catch people out when at school / work.

The front page is too long visually and does not give an indication of the scroll down layers, you have combined two styles of pages into one. You either need a traditional shop front landing page, or you need to have the slide show as the main landing page (with no scroll down area) and have it so the lower links of the page are visible on the screen and then have a [skip into] to jump to a traditional shop front page.

The scroll show is too fast and there should be a tab option on it to allow you to slide between its page at will, it feels like its on fast forward at the moment.

The reason I suggest you need to lead to a normal shop front page is due to the speed of the the scroll and length of your main page most of your offers / tabs actually will get missed. I would recommend you run a click through analysis in Googles analytics panel too see what links people actually use on your front page.

damn spot on. the outerwear/clothing/accessories tabs should all be combined into a "shop" tab on the nav bar and the blog should be removed from the home page and put under its own tab on the nav bar

Did and had the same problem as chris_to_pherr. Can't be bothered to go mess with my settings. I say drop the autoplay, I know it seems like a good idea but it never ever ends up being a good thing.


Suggestion. If that chick looks as hot as she sounds make a quick 20 second welcome video.. This Friday style of course. But don't let it autoplay. I'm all for hot girls trying to sell me a product but the autoplay is a no go for me

Thanks for the feedback guys. Welcome audio has been removed. We'll work on the rest of those things as well. Let us know if you come across anything else that you like/dislike!

Thanks for your feedback! We got rid of the autoplay on the welcome audio, put all the products in a "shop" tab, simplified the home page (and put the news in it's own tab), and slowed down the slideshow. You can't say we don't listen to our customers! ;)

Let us know if you guys have any other feedback.
