Does anyone else have these? Like hard core pulsation of a muscel that last for 30 seconds, than stops, but always starts again? I get them off and on in diffrent muscels.. I had one for about a year in my tricept, and now i have one in the muscell above my knee/beside my knee. Its really frustrating. What causes this and can i make it go away?

i get them in my eye every once and while. when i don't blink my eye goes insane and starts shaking. it feels quite weird if i do say so myself.

Yeah, i get those in my eye and in my legs sometimes. They are crazy, i usually get them about twice a month.

its not a cramp, and its not lactic acid fermantation. Lactic acid in the muscels is only produced when there isnt enough oxygen. I have plenty of oxygen in my blood as im not doing any form of exercise. It also doesnt burn like when you run to long (or in some cases pee).

in fact i got one today in my back and arm and it hurt like a bitch for some reason so i stretched like really hard and it totally just went away. but if u get them in your eye u can't stretch your eye so i have to deal with that shit

I get spasms in my leg all the time.. apparently it's cause i don't have enough pottassium. I should eat more bananas. As for twitches... i get uncontrollable eye twitches all the time, like pulsating ones...

i got them in my quads and not sure if this is right but i believe they can be traced to lack of working out of a muscle. like when you play soccer for a whole season then are in the off season you muscle has atrophy and needs to work out so it works itself out. it could also be due to fatigue or lack of minerals.

i think that i get enough potasium because they only serve potatoes with ever singl meal that i get here. they have more than banans. My dad said somthing about not enough Magnisium causing twitches. Im going to look into that one.

It could be because rugby season is over now. after 8 months of running almost every day for 1-2 hours going to not doing any exercise has to do somthing to my body. It would make sence.

sometimes it happens to me, it's usually random as well. Like if it isn't in my finely sculpted pecks, then it may by my firm six-pack that will start flexing itself. Sometimes I'll be sitting there and my biceps start doing it ... that's kind of embarrassing, since it occassionally tears the sleeves of my shirts.

when I get tired or stressed out I get one in my left eye.. If I hit the heel of my right hand really hard like when I serve wrong in volleyball, my thumb twitches for likt 5 min and when I got my tattoo on my ankle my whole leg was twitching.
