Something that's always confused me is how come there aren't just a ton of crazy sick skiers and snowboarders from Japan?

I'm pretty dumb when it comes to Japanese snow culture. Just curious.

Takeshi Nakahara (the guy who used to run BON TAK for you Niseko folk) is the craziest Japanese midget I've ever met and he slays.

There's also a bunch of incredibly badass mogul skiers coming out of Japan.

There's a crew of guys in Hokkaido that call themselves the T-Crew (they have tshirts and a logo that look very similar to the Inspired logo) who are really sick. They just released a solid season edit. I'm at work and can't access Vimeo so can't embed it. They are the guys who took Level 1 around when they were here.

He's been out here in NZ, got hitched but I hear that's not going so well for him :( Not sure if he's headed back to Hirafu or what.
