We said in all of our communication that we would be shipping items from the Winter release in November. Did you read somewhere else something different? Nothing has changed and we will be shipping in November as we have said all along. Holiday ships in December, but that is a different range and that is available for purchase tomorrow.
We do the pre-order so people can reserve items that they want. A number of styles, colors, and sizes are sold-out already and the clothing has not yet arrived so those customers are getting pieces that are no longer available. If you like, we can cancel anyone's order, no problem at all. Just email us. We get contacted daily from people trying to track down Inspector Jackets, Divided Jackets, Boot Knockers, and other pieces that are either entirely sold-out or only have odd sizes left. We also gave away free backpacks to the first 200 customers and a free $75 item to anyones order over $150 for the first week. We weren't required to do that, but we wanted to because we appreciate the support we have gotten. In addition to that we also are shipping everyone's orders for free who ordered during the first 2 weeks. I personally thought that was pretty thoughtful and generous.
Now, don't take this the wrong way... but, what is it that you would like us to apologize for? We are shipping when we said we would ship, we gave away tens of thousands of dollars in product, and we are shipping for free. If we mislead you in anyway then I apologize. I thought we were quite clear in every bit of communication we posted though.
Sure you could wait until the stuff gets here to order and for those who are not picky with regards to color or sizes, they can find something they might like. But for the customers who know what they want we like to let them reserve it in advance. We don't make a lot of our clothing and it tends to sell pretty quickly.
We know 2 months is a long pre-sale and it is why we offer the benefits we did. If anyone disagrees with anyone I wrote above and still feels ripped-off or mislead, than you can always hit us up and know that we will get back to you with some thought and consideration regarding your complaint.
We are a little busy getting ready for this Holiday release so it may take a day or two for a response right now, but know that we are on it and will get back to you.
