It started when he spammed the forum and was being a all round whiny bithc as 'poopsexassrammer'. Then the IP for that account was banned, and since he made it, he was baned as well. He then threw a tempertantrum and spammed the forums again, because he was baned for spamming the forums. It wasnt a very effective way of getting his point across.
