I am Thomas from YouRiding video games. I am currently working on a new jibbing system for our FREESKI game as the current one is way too basic.
I am very familiar with jibbing in snowboard but not in freeski. I would need your help to understand what the differences are and create a great system for ski. So please help me... :)
1) How do you call when you slide on a feature with the skis perpendicular to it? Is there a different name when you do it with a rotation in your unnatural side?
2) How do you call when you slide on a feature with the skis perpendicular to it, on the nose of the skis? Nose press? Noseslide?
3) How do you call when you slide on a feature with the skis perpendicular to it, on the nose of the skis? Tail press? Tailslide?
4) Do you do Noseblunt or Blunt in freeski on jibs?
If we create a system where you can:
+ ollie or nollie to enter the feature,
+ you can enter it with the skis parallel to it (0° or 180°) or with a rotation (90°, 270°, ...),
+ then you can slide on the nose, middle or tail (if perpendicular) on the feature,
+ you can also rotate on the feature (switch up, 270°, ...),
+ then you can rotate OFF the feature.
Is it enough for you? Does it allow you to do most of the tricks on jibs you do or watch on videos? What do we miss?
Thanks in advance,
T.
