So anyone in New England and presumably elsewhere, knows that a few weeks ago Vermont became the 17th state to decriminalize with a very enthusiastic signature from Governor Peter Shumlin. I don't care about the decrim cause I don't smoke anymore, but Shumlin obviously does. Below are pics of Shumlin baked off his gourd. More captions could be funny.
