Pasting the email exchange below, just so the record is straight. After Jimmy got our email response, he created this thread. It wasn't until after we replied via email and our first response in this thread, that it clicked that the skis pictured had never been sold to a shop or to any customers. That is when we realized that this was an attempt to scam us.

Email from Jimmy on 6/13:
Hello, my name is Jimmy and for the past few years I have been saving up for Epic Planks. Last year I had enough to buy them and did and I rode them all last season. As you can tell I really banged them up and am very upset because I wont be able to ride them next season. The Vaporizers are awesome skis! I learned so many tricks and won a lot of comps with these skis. I really hope for a reply form you guys because as of now I will not be skiing this upcoming season because of the condition of the skis. Thanks
Our response to Jimmy on 6/13:
HI Jimmy,
It is great to hear from you and am glad to hear that you have enjoyed the skis and won comps on them. What comps were you able to win? Would love to hear about them.
Obviously, your skis looked pretty banged up and we strive to make our skis last much longer than this. Occasionally we have some defective skis that can't handle the beating and we are happy to warranty skis in these cases. Here is a link to our warranty information for reference:
