There's plenty of fire in Rocky Mountain National Park right now. You could always go asking the locals for fire there. Shit, you can probably smell it all the way from FoCo.

or you can use your nose to find the green. Ask them if you can get a hit and at some point ask them where you can get some goods. They will probably direct you somewhere useful, sell you something from their stash, or tell you to fuck off.
