This thing is kinda beat, but still has a ton of life left in it, i'd give it a 6/10 the front napoleon pocket zipper is broken (easy fix with some repair tape) and there is some pilling on the front hand pockets, and a small hole under left afrmpit...that being said it's still fully waterproof...it's Gore for gods sake. Would make a RAD vest. Tons of vents. $30 OBO
