Powderskiing, where should I travel?

guess depends on a lot of things. If you have money to sort urself out for the whole season? or wld need jobs etc? if u have any contacts / buddies in places?
Anywhere of those u listed wld be pretty awesome, i'd go somewhere in B.C you listed (maybe red mountain too?) if had the choice

It would be only for 2-3 weeks, maybe a month. So we would probably check out a few places. We would not need jobs. Ill check out red mountain! Thanks

Going somewhere without paying for heli/cat and expecting to ski powder is a crap shoot pretty much anywhere unless you plan on touring.

The only logical way to predict where snow is going to be is looking at snowfall averages.  But hell, look at kirkwood, avg 530 and the past 2 seasons haven't broken 400.  Typically march is GREAT in Tahoe but it was dry as shit this year.

Revelstoke got pounded early but who knows what next year will bring.

If you want to do it right make your plans very loose and fly in Salt Lake (if coming to US).

That way you can either go to jackson, alta, tahoe is only an 8 hr drive if we get a load etc...(or even Taos as it gets random cycles compared to the rest of the US)

if your going to utah dont bother with snowbird just go alta (if you ski and dont snowboard) and whis is a pretty good choice youll get a good bang for your buck
