Road tripping to Hood

Me and some friends were thinking about road tripping to hood, but we arent yet 18 so we cant rent a hotel room and im not sure if we can rent a campsite. So a few questions. What are your suggestions for where we could sleep? Do you have to be 18 to set up a tent at a campsite? If not, where are campsites we would come across coming from denver, going to mt. Hood?

if you want t get a hotel room, just pre book one before you leave bro. you will be able to rent out a campsite

But seriously just go and camp. Could easily rent hotels many places. Some might say no, to many $ is $

I have also been thinking about doing the same thing. But just drive to a backroad and set up tents in the woods.

OP, there is a magical place called the airstrip. It's near the Lake Trillium campground, but it's free. Go to that place and get buck wild.
