Mid air no ski?

so i was looking through b-dogs hard times post and i found this pic
i dont see his other ski anywhere. how did this go down? is it some kind of illusion?

its just an illusion if you look closely you can see that his right ski is perfectly leveled with the camera view thus making it look like it isn't there.
