ok so i am really thinking about getting a pair of bent chetlers next season but i am unsure of how they stand as an all mountain ski. i like to ride park a lot and i got a pair of line afterbangs right now. i am planning on keeping my afterbangs for a park ski and using the bent chetlers for good powder days. i mainly ride interior mountains in BC such as Bigwhite, silverstar, revelstoke, and sun peak but i want to try some other places such as mt bachelor and hood. can you do any park type tricks with bent chetlers in pow what are they like on chrud and groomer type of conditions?

The Bentchetlers are really fine overall powder/bc-freestyle skis. They are very playful and you can get really fast with them, but also do nice treeskiing lines. In your matter they would be no mistake. Comparable skis are maybe Armada JJs and Salomon Rocker2.

Get them!!! I really wish I did. I demoed them this past season and they rip so hard!
I wish my atomic blogs would turn into the chelters, the blogs just arent enough for that deep pow pow.
Atomic just kills it with skis.

I'd get them if i were you. I skied them last season in some of the deepest pow of my life (~5 ft in 5 days) at crystal and they were just incredible. Also kill it on hard pack, churned up stuff, and even decent in the moguls (used to bump ski a ton). I went with magic js this year cause they just looked too sexy, but they are a little fatter and softer than the benchetlers, and definitely not as good "all around," even though they kill it on deep days. fortunately i have a big quiver, so its not an issue, but if you are going for a-bangs and want a pow/all mtn killer, benchetlers are a great choice

i'll be that guy to go against the grain. I found the chetler to be much to soft and too much rocker for the kind of skiing I like to do, it's an oversized jibber ski imo.
but that's just like my opinion, man.
