I ordered a pair of Armada Al Dente 178cm at my local shop this week and I need to put bindings on them. The skis are 98mm in the waist and I was looking at getting a pair of Look Pivot 14 or Rossi FKS 140 L but their brake is 95mm. Am i going to have to bend these? Or does anyone have any suggestions of other bindings that might match these well?
I've been looking around and unfortunately the next largest size is a 115mm brake. I have also come across Tyrolia AAAttack which is to be released this winter and they offer a 97mm brake. I'm considering that as an option as well. Any thoughts?
I would definitely stay with the pivots and bend the brakes. There should really be no problems with a minor tweak to make them work, and you may not even have to tweak them at all. Good luck with it man!
They will work fine or go with some sth drivers like eldollo himself uses. you could get the sth 14 from last season with a100mm brake or the new sth2 13 again with a 100mm brake.
