Youtube to premiere

How in the hell do you put videos from youtube, vimeo,etc. into premiere pro cs6. I know i've seen HoodCrew do it a couple of times.

direct download from vimeo, or use a youtube downloader, either way you should end up with h.264, and then you just treat it like you normally would, aka convert, import, edit
