Replying to Need help with Sleeping problems
It all started when I went to bed at 3 am one day. For the past 4 days after that, I havent been able to fall asleep until 2 and then I wake up at 5. After I wake up at 5 I am able to go back to sleep, but it sucks because I end up sleeping until12 everytime. Does anyone know how I can get my sleep schedule back on track because this fucking sucks...
