The graphics totally effect the way the skier skis as when they look down and see the name Line they know it was built to satisfy the needs of the skier riding it. Also thanks for thinking about purchasing the Chronic .. the ski rules, our athletes and other skiers love it and hope you choose it. thanks!
Having skied the two I would say the punx are at a much higher level ski wise then the chorinics. The lines are not bad they just don't hold edges very well I found, and that was true across there whole range of park skis. It may have been how they were tuned but the skis were all brand new and it was line reps who were giving the skis out so you woul hope they were tuned well. Overall they all just felt quite lifeless with no where near the pop or playfulness of other brands. The future spins were the best but still not on par with Punxs, ar7, suspects ect. Of the 2 I would say you will have much more fun on the punx. But that is for how I ski, I was not in the park on them as they were demos so I was just riding hard around whistler. I can see how the lines would be fun for slower jib stuff if you never leave the park. So go test them at the start of the season and base your purchase on how they ski for you.
