so i have been really into taking pictures and filming for a while now, and have decided its time to get my own camera. I've used everything from shit point-and-shoot, to dslr to camcorders and i really think camcorder is the direction i need to go, that being said i want a nicer one, something that i will be able to take to school with me (film school).
Ive been looking at canon xl2, i really think the interchangable lens is a nice feature especially on camcorders, plus im familiar with the canon interface. anyone have this? suggestions for something better at a similar price? it will most likely never be used for filming skiing/skating/action sport at all edits if thats any help.
