Poached eggs on lightly toasted bread with spinach & roasted mushrooms, british pork sausages, thick slices of back bacon with slightly crispy fat, hash browns and baked beans, then thin pancakes / crepes with lemon & sugar, rolled and garnished with fresh peppermint & sliced orange, also a pineapple, mango, starfruit & melon fruit salad, and of course some yoghurt with nuts & berries.
