It's usually the snowmobile jackets at my hill. Then the jeans. The gaper tuck is an obvious one, but not really clothing related.

On my hill(specifically), you can usually tell the real skiers from the gapers depending on if they have season's passes or not. We're in the midwest, so there is no reason for any good skiers to come out just to ski here. The language is a good giveaway too. If they call moguls "jumps" that usually sets someone off too haha.

I bet they are better skiers then you. most park skiers are fucking terrible at actually skiing and are far more gaper then 95% of racers
