There's not much that beats a well-cooked piece of duck. Though a juicy piece of steak is great too. Filet mignon for a more subtle taste or a piece of rib-eye or sir/tender loin if I want to feel manly.
There's no way you can get decent cod in Ontario so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that one. Not much tops a good feed of pan fried cod and pork scrunchons.
Am I the only one who doesn't like a bison patty? bison meat is too lean. I love my beef.
There's nothing better than a good steak but I like to throw some clams into the mix every now and then. I'm big on variety so some calamari is good too.
irish back bacon which is a loin that is cut with a small extension to the belly. gets cured or brined and smoked like bacon. so it's like a super thin loin chop but with bacon on the side and delicious bacony flavor
