Lamb all day long.  Elk and bison are pretty tasty as well, and beef is always good.

If I'm eating fish, pickerel is the best.  Halibut second, followed by sockeye or kokanee.

I can't tell if serious or not. Grass fed beef is a milliongazillion times better than anything you're going to get from a factory. You eat what that cow eats.
