Didn't see one on google or search bar

Wanted a thread for people who are going or want to talk about new stuff for the camp this year and years to come.

I'm going to session 2 went last year had a good time. Excited about the new lift and having 3 parks open this year.

I'll be there session 1. Look for the gaper in the blue 383 jacket (because NM is ghetto and doesn't sell ski clothing beside north face)

Might go out again this year, otherwise I might go to Windells or COC. It's a real tough choice between skiing (Windells and COC) and staff and friends (Woodward by far)

New barn is super fun! Roller skis are pretty legit. Looking forward to doing some jump testing on those bad boys this week. I'll be there all summer as a coach.

The camp sounds so sick! But you guys ruined the barn, why would you take out the snoflex, and put in normal wooden ramps? The whole point of Woodward at Copper is so skiers and snowboarders could practice tricks with their own skis or boards. I don't think that there is a lot of skaters and bmx riders that live near ski mountains, skiers and snowboarders live in the mountains.

The roller boards/skis are pretty good so I hear. They are much faster allowing for more flips and air time on the jump and a wider market with bikers and skaters. They are slightly lighter than skis, but you use ski boots and stuff so it's pretty similar. I think that the roller skis will be an improvement and I think Woodward knows what they're doing by making the switch-over.

Stoked for camp, a week from Sunday!

I will say this. I went in pretty skeptical of the park skis myself. I completely agreed with you in regards to doing things on your own equipment. However, now that I've had a a few days on them and have done some jumping, I'm sold on them. They are super fun, a pretty good crossover, and when you are jumping, it feels just like it does on skis for the most part. We haven't done any testing on the biggest jump yet, that will happen tomorrow, but I'm totally anticipating the bigger tricks feeling just like they do on snow. I'll let you know.

Pretty much sums it up. We went fishing in the lake next to chubs with a paper clip, dental floss, and a bamboo stick last year haha.
