I'm looking for a room to rent, I want to stay in the Sugarhouse area or even move up to Park City. I have no problem signing a lease. Hit me up whatever you have available! I can move in July 1st but I have no problem paying in advance to secure the room.

Oh and I am a 19 year old male. Previous renting history and I work full time as well.

looking for a house with a few guys in the sugarhouse/little cottonwood area. We are looking to sign a lease on July 1, so if you're interested, pm me. Right now its 4 guys including myself.

Got this resolved, now looking for roommates to fill a house. hit me up if interested a little less then 400 a month in rent. plus utilities.
