meh, the spinning physics suck, the animations look super gaper too. i like how easy you can fall hard and you eject from skis, etc.

I like this game better than shredsauce because of the animation in the air, it's not as robotic. and you can eject from your skis which is siick

i find this game amusing and it proves how freeskiing has grown. it makes me feel like i am skiing in real life.

the spinning physics suck? you can wind up for spins which is realistic and something shredsauce doesn't have, and when you let go of the spins you open up and slow down... stop complaining

The public custom courses are really sick you just have to sort them by rating or hits and you get the best ones at the top.

The game is actually a ton of fun. The crash physics aren't the best but they're entertaining, and the animations are kinda cool, if gaperish

So i'm on a PC and download and installation worked flawlessly but when i try to open the game it says LauncherYRFreeskiII.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Anyone else have this problem and a solution? thanks.

After playing youriding quite a lot I think I still prefer Shredsauce. It's not as rigid, it's physics based so you can be more creative. However, I like trick scoring in youriding. I'm sorta pleased they haven't released contest mode yet, cos I have finals atm and I'm already way behind on revision... Which is why I'm on NS...

When I downloaded the .dmg on a mac it saved it as a file and then when I opened it it said "youridingwhatever may be an application. It was downloaded from the internet and will be opened by iphoto" How do I fix this????

FOR EVERYONE STUCK AT 27%:

If you go to FAQ on the website, it says the following:

I'm using a MAC computer and when I start the game, the download stops at 27%, what can I do?
That's because you either execute the game from the DMG file or you don't have writing permissions where you installed the game. You have to uninstall it and follow the installation procedure described just above.

HERE IS THE SAID PROCEDURE, AGAIN FROM THE FAQ PAGE:

How do I install the game on a MAC computer?
to install the game on MAC, you have to:
1. if you already have the game installed on your computer, uninstall it and clear your browser cache.
2. download the game installer from the website
3. open the dmg file
4. drag and drop the .app file to the Applications shortcut
5. go to the Applications directory
6. execute the launcher's game

The launcher will automatically check and update the game if necessary.
When the update is over, click the PLAY button to play!
