My summer setup isn't fast enough

So.. I started building a setup a week ago and i finished it yesterday.
The problem is speed. I put some orange construction fence but its still not quite fast enough. I have also tried soapy water. I only have like speed to rail half of my pvc rail which is 4m long.

Is there any ways to make it faster without making the setup higher?

try give your skis a wax, I find it makes a huge difference with mine, make sure to scrape well too.

move the rail to the side and prop up the first 3 legs so it's urban-on and so the rail is downhill.

Small radius pvc across the first part of the drop in helps with speed. Or if you're skiing with friends you can just get a pull. It's sloppy but still works fine for my set up.

Looks like your drop in is pretty flat. Most of the decent backyard setups I've seen, including mine, have close to a 50 degree drop in.

My setup was 6 feet tall two summers ago and I built a bigger part that I put on top, so it's now 8feet and steeper and I only need water and turf for a 12 feet rail

raise the park between the end of the slope and the jump my friend did it and it works well

Your setup is almost exactly like mine if not a bit taller. I solved the speed problem by putting a sheet of lattice fencing on top. Fast as f**k. Also, bust out the poles and put a pad on top so you can get a good push. No need to build it taller.

not so. I have a drop in that is roughly 4 feet tall and i can get speed for 12 ft rail to 12 box transfers with plenty of speed at landing
