What is happening with ski games(other than shred sauce)

Jiblife- They create a Kickstarter campaign with what looks to be a sick game from the video they had(camp of champs level with groomers etc), why did they just throw that all away? also deleted facebook page...

Snow the game- They get riders(Wallisch, Henshaw, Hall) characters, while wallisch even had a snow sticker on his skis at one point. They had created a good looking game, and then just disappears, also no more facebook page.

Console games cost a LOT of money to develop and distribute. More money than those guys had.

SNOW: The Facebook page is still up (https://www.facebook.com/snowthegame) and they just released some new shots today. They're a small studio which looks like they're making real progress, give them some time. Games are much more difficult to produce than you probably think.

you should check out youriding , they do a freestyle skiing game, nowhere like shredsauce but if youre looking to kill some time its cool. they are developing a new version which should be sick. http://www.youriding.com/

Gnarshmallow gets played lots, though not as much as it did 4 years ago.

The game works on iPhones and iPads. Releasing and rapidly updating games through Apple is a headache so I'm procrastinating. Here's a pic from testing it out on an iPad 1
