Apparently Ski resorts and their insurance companies are seeding clouds en-masse and so of course the weather has been weaponized against us...

I didn't listen to whatever BS that guy had to talk about...

But, cloud seeding has been done by ski areas and farms for quite a long time. Not a new concept. Just one that many people don't know about.

Yes, there are weather derivatives, no they don't "rig" the weather. That wouldn't even be cost effective. And then he goes on to say we can control tornadoes? How retarded is he? Helicopters can hardly take any wind, let alone wind at tornado speeds. Besides that, tornadoes probably weigh millions of pounds and can't be effected by anything in man's power.
