We have a large clearing in our town that's probably about four miles across right behind the technical college in our town. In the middle of it is this very out of place quarry, it's basically a long crevice you can go in that's about a quarter mile long and has walls about 70 feet high on either side. It completely masks sound and you can't hear a group of 50 plus kids if you're standing at the entrance of it.
End of Junior year we had a party for the upperclassmen in this thing, we went out fairly early and set up tents all along the walls and had multiple fires going about 20 or so feet apart from each other. We had a keg of piss beer and a couple of handles of some bottom of the barrel liquor and a lot of kids.
Kids were piss drunk swamp donkey blackout wasted by 10:30, we raged all night with about 70 or so kids filling this odd out of place quarry, kids were passed out along the walls, throwing up everywhere, I don't remember much except for asking for a torch so I could "go find the toilet" ended up walking to the edge of a rock starting to piss and then passing out and falling off said rock with a lit torch and just lying there a continuing to piss. Nothing really after.
I woke up to a cop in my face telling me to get up and to walk back to the parking lot that was about a mile away. I walked back to see almost the entire party all surrounded by 8 or so cop cars all receiving Minor in Possession charges. Turns out a bunch of kids tried to walk back to there cars and got lost and a group of 10 or so all passed out like 200 yards from the parking lot because they were to drunk to find there way back and a janitor from the college found them at 630 in the morning and called the cops and they spilled.
