Seriously, this toolbag fucks up NS and makes it unusable for the rest of us. I can't stand it, I'm leaving NS if someone doesn't do something.

Help guys, he fucks up my internet social life to the point of me yelling, and I don't normally yell! Ughhhhh some NSers.
