Letahal descent hasn't sent my jacket and is ignoring me
Basically I spent 400 bucks on the jacket/pant package. Its been nearly 4 months, still don't have my jacket. last time they replied to an email was over a month ago, I have been very nice about it, but they just have ignored me. I like to support small companies, especially ones with good products. But what the fuck lethal decent, my pants ripped the first day (my fault for sliding across boxes but they still seem low quality), and I'm probably not going to get my jacket. Not totally sure what I'm trying to achieve by this thread, any advice ns
I ordered a jacket from them last season and they forgot my order. I had a lot of trouble contacting them about it, but I finally managed to talk to them over the phone about it and they sent me a free pair of pants to make up for it. Just keep trying and maybe you'll get lucky.
I would love to hear anything from lethal regarding my order, like I said they have not replied any of my emails sent to both sam, and their customer service, and I have tried calling them which just sends me to some computer voice mail every time. In all my emails I have been very nice and apologized for my troubles. If this all turns out to be some miss communication I will end up feeling like a total asshole, and i sincerely apologize to Lethal Decent. But I have become frustrated as I do not own any other ski jackets at the moment and spent a lot of money for this jacket.
its been over 60 days, plus i got my pants. just the jacket was the wrong size and I haven't gotten mine yet, he said he had it and was going to send me it but I haven't gotten it....
man I need a new jacket and it's a pretty big deal to me. After reading all the problems everyone has been having with LD i'm staying away from that company. hope you get it sorted out
Understandable. I would definitely be upset if I was in your position too. Just trying to add another outlook on the matter. LD is definitely in the wrong here communication wise. I hope they respond. I sent them a couple messages to give them a heads up but haven't heard anything back yet. Hope you hear from them soon dude!
co owner Kevin got back to me. Turns out to be a giant miscommunication, he has been very nice and is getting the jacket sent out. Running a small business can be frantic and I don't blame him for the incident. Just thought I should let you all know!
I think threads like this are good (as long as they are legitimate). it is good knowledge for other people to know what companies are easy to deal with and what companies are slack, im all for it.
