No they won't I know people who work for/sell to dispensaries and am a caregiver for my brother so I buy pretty frequently from Seattle/Tacoma D's and farmers markets and none will accept without valid WA ID and a MMJ authorization.

Because they'd get F'ed if they did. They operate under different laws and don't have the proper license to sell to non MMJ patients.
