I can get a really good deal on chronics cryptonite 2010, the are new and only for 200 us$! What do you think? Should I get them? Or are just to old technology? I ride like 60% of the time on the park and 40% on groomers or pow. I also have a pair of rossi storms, but if I get the chronic I gonna sell them. Please! Help! Thanks everybody!

Old technology? It's a slanted sidewall ski, not old "technology" at all. I had them and they are great ski.

The chronic cryptonites will suit your park needs and out of park needs perfectly. They hold up great in the park.

I skied mostly rails on them, lost maybe a centimeter of edge on each ski. They held together really well for the abuse I put them through. In comparison, I skied the same way on my Rossi S3's this year and am missing 6 inches of edge on one ski and a few inches on the other.
Send it man! You won't be disappointed.

The old crypto is the exact same as the new chronic, except without any rocker, without the minicap, and it's probably a tad stiffer. It's a good ski for sure.
