Well that only took 8 seasons. That episode was one my favourites since the first few seasons, biggest grin on my face when the revealed Cristin Milioti.
Over the past few years, I've found that the majority of the people I dislike, happen to really like this show. Which tells me that a certain personality type tends to gravitate towards this show.
not saying the show sucks, or that I hate you. Just that both are probably true.
its overrated. when people constantly tell me that something is awesome, when it is really mediocre, i start to dislike it more. i'd imagine other people have that same feeling. also, "ted" is a complete/whiny bitch
up until now, theyve been caught in this awful loop that most poorly made and overrated sitcoms go through, where they have no fucking content and the story could go along without the stupid pointless shows that just amass what, 9 seasons? i mean the show is called how i met your mother and its taken nine years to meet the mother? most shows go through a phase where they're funny, then the jokes just get old or the writers are forced to modify the humor towards another demographic or something, and it ends up being awful. How i met your mother was the biggest waste of time and ive only seen like 4 seasons of it, its awful and generally people who watch it have no taste.
This. Same goes for almost every major network. The creativity and originality pool has gone dry leading to dry, stale humor. Really, the only major network I would consider watching in terms of quality is AMC.
should've started with season 1, the first 3 were the best IMO, now it just feels like its getting dragged out. it's gone from a really good show to a decent show, Jason Segel is still killing it which was why I started watching the show in the first place.
Both replies to my post are right, let me explain.
If my everyday language was English, then I'd probably think that the show is lame and stupid. But since I'm not really used to hear English speaken expressions eventhough they could be qualified as lame, then I think it's funny. Hearing Legendary and Awesome expression everyday must be sooooo annoying.
