But when I mean color grading, I don't mean brigthness and saturation...
I personally rarely shoot without color grading in post. The reason is, I try to get the most dynamic range out of my camera and that means getting a very flat image yet very rich in light information.
Then I go into AE, I have few presets or I go in magic bullet and use the 3 way color correction and other settings, I just play around and look what is more appropriate, good way to learn.
