I'm stuck on some physics problems on this worksheet. I missed school one day and I am completely dumbfounded.

Has to do with magnetism&an electrons speed/direction of photons in a magnetic field.

an electron moving perpendicular to a magnetic field of 4.6 x 10^-3 T follows a circular path of radius 2.80 mm. what is the electron's speed?

Good idea^ hahah, also have some diagrams I can't figure out.

isn't there a formula for circular magnetic fields? pretty sure there is, one where you plug in the radius or diameter and the field strength and it spits out the speed and force and all that

search the left hand rule of electrons when they are near a magnetic field. should explain every thing

You have to combing the equations for centripetal force and force in a magnetic field, you should get 2.26x10^6 m/s. Pic of my Work:

Right hand rule is your friend with all things electricity and magnetism! Basically for most physics problems you will have to combine different equations and substitute equations in to get rid of variables.

Also never neglect gravity :)
