i would like to point out this happened in new orleans where crime rates are extemely high. i was just there last month and there were chains and fences and huge locks on windows and doors everywhere. this could just be a gang related dispute. there arent enough details yet

It's kind of hard to figure out the motive behind this. If it was a terrorist act why would they target such a small event? If it was gang related why would try shot at civilians?

i dont know, im just tossing out ideas. new orleans has such a great vibe and is one of the funnest cities youll ever visit. the motive behind the shooting is the biggest thing on my mind right now
