I've seen a bunch of guys wearing mouthguards while park skiing and I was wondering if they actually help? I know they are mostly meant to prevent concussions but do they actually work? Also, do skiiers wearing mouthguards look stupid? I know it's not that big of a deal and looks don't matter that much but I was just wondering.
