it was worse at first so i pulled as hard as i could while i was still in shock right after the crash to straighten it out some. i had it like that for 2 hours cause i had to change hospital. italians are so well organized
got to the hospital where they could fix my arm and it was super fucked up. the nurse hooking me up to painkillers "you'll be fine you're lucky they will be ready to fix you up in half an hour" after 1 and half hours of crazy pain. so much fun

I did the same thing (snapped radius and ulna) but a little closer to my wrist two separate times snowboarding a long time ago. Made me start skiing again tho so good things can come of it! Maybe it's a sign you should start fruit booting?

i used a long fat crutch and a long paper, closed it a bit at time from the top with my mouth and right hand. it was super sloppy and alot of it fell out but because the crutch was wide i could fill it up.
i'm really good at rolling with two hands. i've been doing it for almost 3 years never used a rolling machine but right now i think im gonna buy one
