I'm 6' and weigh 200lbs. I bought a pair for shits, and absolutely love them. I do not slide rails, but shred them on real lines way harder than they probably should be. I only have about 10 days on them, because they are one of a many skis, but they have been great so far.
bought a pair of them and rode them about 8 days and then i got about 3 major edge cracks where the base is pushing out. they are a sick and fun ski but the durability isnt there. ive got a lot more edge cracks now riding about a month straight on them.
Solid skis, alot of flex. Rode them most of this season, Nothing other than typical surface wear and tear. Still extremely solid and fun. Just try not to land backseat or your gonna have a bad time.
Sintered bases are made by heating powdered ptex so that it fuses to a porous material capable of absorbing wax. It is then cut into sheets. Extruded bases are just squeezed out in a molten sheet and allowed to cool. I think all racing skis have sintered bases.
