Anyone see pros on an average basis?

I work out with the same trainer that david wise worked out with and i've seen him there once or twice. Anyone else have a day job or anything, where they see pros pretty often off the hill?

not necessarily pros. I had little kids come up to me and ask for my autograph. So obviously i signed whatever it is they wanted signed. Soooooooo, I'm kinda a big deal.

I work at Bobos, first shop David piked up and is usually stopping by early season before anything gets going. Nicest guy I've ever met and always says what up when I see him.

I saw the skater Theotis Beasly when skating street in Boston last fall.

I saw Vince WIlfork from the NE Patriots at a Restaurant in Framingham, MA.

Saw a pro at the DIA last summer wearing a Rockstar hat and and with a ton of baggage. I think he must be a pro boarder because I didn't recognize him. Only snow sports related pro I've seen off hill really.

My home hill has this preseason rail setup in late october every year and some pros usually randomly show up. Spriggs was at the most recent one and TC was there last year. So no, I don't see very many pros.

I often forget the level of skiing is on a different level than that of most places. So many professional everything living here that it is just normal.

I still do get very excited when in the presence of Glen Plake or Jeremy Jones. There are "pros" and then there are icons... and hell yeah I get excited about the iconic figures in the ski/snowboard world. Being in riteaid at the same time as Plake is as awesome to me as it would be to be in the same riteaid as Bill Murray.

Yeah it's kind of a big deal for me whenever I see pros hitting the same features I do since they don't come around here too often. I'm always pretty stoked to even watch edits of the Line guys or B&E slaying on the little Minnesota features. Although, there seems to be a lot of Duluth shots in movies lately.
