Great movie

But put yourself in his situation. You basically blacked out and did something you wouldn't have done, had you been sane. Because you did this thing that you see as irrational, your life is ruined because of a disability. It wouldn't really be fair to send you to jail because you really aren't a bad person.
It would be better to put him under close watch and see what's causing him to act like this.

It was the extent to which his actions were taken and his reaction afterwards that leads me to believe he has a problem. I haven't seen the case that his lawyer has made, and I'm calling psychological disorder either way.

Uhhh... How, exactly? It was a .22 cal. hunting rifle. Why should restrictions be placed on hunting weapons, on the off chance that a young teen will go all-out psycho-rapist, killing and attempting to rape his mom? That doesn't make sense.

Also cod is rated M, so only 18+ players can play it. I feel these laws should be more strict as well.
