COC Weird Hand Symbol

Why does the COC have that weird hand symbol with all those drawings on it? They say "stoke" and "rail line" and have a drawing of a feminine symbol. What's all that about, anybody know?

It is a palm reading chart, implying that an awesome time is in your future. That symbol you are referring to is actually Ankh, and Egyptian glyph, which represents eternal life.

I kinda interpreted it as saying that the COC park (with rail lines, jump line etc) is in the palm of your hand, implying you can do whatever you want when you're there.
