But seriously do it on something simple with a small amount of steps, then you can pay more attention to each step making is better and easier to write.
Do the classic how to build a sandwich instructional. This can be as long or as short as you need it to be, meaning you can go into great detail or leave it fairly broad. You could also do a pizza or something else. You could create a metaphor around the building of your sandwich and relate it to the class (the meat is the grammar, spelling, whatever, you get the idea). Could have some potential.
