Don't speed check so close to the jump. You should be accelerating as you take off, not slowing down.
Work on rail overall. Just more practice.
Bring your knees up. You can obviously do a 360 and you showed us that repeatedly so now make it look better.
Move to bigger jumps. (Not necessarily bigger spins just more air time. Make them last longer so you can work on your knees and grabs)
Add grabs
Just be really comfortable with spinning
Work on some fundamentals. Just carve and maybe some one footed skiing just to practice balance.
Overall pretty good for first year. Keep it up man.
