bacon or proscuitto (probably didn't spell that right)


or wrap chicken breast in proscuitto then grill it...... it's literally like the saltiest best tasting bacon wrapped around chicken. AMAZING. it's called chicken saltimbocca.

My favorite dish with prosciutto is wrapping asparagus with it and adding lemons. SO amazingly easy and absolutely delicious. I could eat that shit all day long

Also excellent with a balsamic reduction.

Melon or other fruit wrapped in prosciutto is also delicious... the combination of sweet and salty just works. And now I'm hungry. Damnit.
